We are currently accepting resumes/vitas for residential and online Adjunct Instructors to teach undergraduate Physics courses.
Degree: Master's degree
Degree Area: Physics or a closely related field
Location: Bellevue campus (residential) or Online.
Primary Functions/Essential Skills:
> Provide quality instruction for students in assigned residential and online courses.
> Direct and assist students during laboratory activities
> Demonstrate teaching strategies that focus on student-centered learning
> Motivate and engage students to actively participate in all aspects of the educational process
> Previous post-secondary or secondary teaching experience is preferred.
> Experience using the Blackboard learning management system is preferred.
Pay & Benefits:
>Adjunct Faculty are paid a fixed rate salary based on course assignment. The compensation for course assignment ranges from $2,000 - $2,625 per course assignment based upon degree level and course modality.
