Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

CRNA Locums Lexington, KY
Start: 08/17/2026 (flexible after Aug.)
Duration: 26 weeks + extensions

• Acute Care / Level 1 Trauma Center
• Full-time highly preferred (willing to present the right candidate with 2-3 weeks availability)
• 4x10s 7a 5:30p
• No call / No OT
• EMR: Epic
• NORA coverage required
• Credentialing 90 days

Requirements:

• NBCRNA Certified
• Active KY license or willing to obtain
• 1+ year experience (no new grads)
• Recent large hospital & Level 1 trauma experience
• COVID & Flu vaccination required

Cases:
Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro
(No Cardiac / No OB / No Neonatal)

Skills:
Intubation, central lines, arterial lines, line placement

Practice Model:

• Medical direction model
• 2:1 4:1 supervision ratios
• Teaching hospital with residents

Travel:
Travel allowance possible

Additional:

• Strong preference for large medical center experience
• Consistent full-time availability HIGHLY preferred
