Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview:
Our VA Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to Veterans in a structured clinical setting. This full-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare environment focused on excellence and service.
Position Offers:
Monday Friday schedule, no weekends

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with clinical standards and care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
Perform patient assessments and document care in electronic medical records
Support patient flow and assist with clinical procedures as needed
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and ongoing care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
Maintain compliance with patient safety, privacy, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
Commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes
