Procedural Focus:
ENT specialist for endoscopic trans-sphenoidal access (pituitary cases), sinus surgery for CSF leaks, and opening/closure for translabyrinthine craniotomy
ENT generalist assistance with anterior cervical spine approaches (especially in patients with prior neck surgery, cancer, or radiation)
Rhinologists or neurotology-fellowship-trained providers considered if capable of performing these cases
